Ellimist TM LLC is a Progressive Metal Act out of the Northeastern USA. Formed in 2021, Ellimist aims to bring stories to life through music, literature, and mixed media, and to create something that can be enjoyed by all. We seek to bridge musical boundaries and make music that is both strange and excellent. We are crafting new stories featuring original characters with the goal of breathing new life into the progressive metal genre and creating sonic science fiction like no other.
Ellimist has been described as a mix of Dethklok, Devin Townsend, Gojira, and Revocation, with elements of jazz, blues, and new retro wave. Ellimist aims to create music, art, and galactic sized stories which entertain, inspire, and create a sense of wonder. We are hard at work on our next album, as well as our debut novel.
